	Available Positions Customer Service – Rental Equipment Warehouse & Shop Worker Equipment Preparation Personnel Canopy Crew Chief Customer Service – Rental Equipment Duration & Terms: Part-time & Full-time Available. Must be available weekends. DESCRIPTION: Neat, presentable counter person needed to rent equipment or arrange for provision of service to customer. Team player prepares rental contracts, obtains customer signature and other information as required, explains rental fees and provides information about rented items, such as operation or description, collects deposit or payment or records credit charges, answers telephone and receives orders by phone, recommends items to customers that meet their needs, reserves items for requested time, facilitates the cleaning of showroom and equipment, keeps shelves organized, stocked and clean, assists customer with the loading and unloading of equipment when necessary, demonstrates safety features and operational features of the equipment and resolves customer problems. Must be courteous, professional and knowledgeable with customers in regard to safety procedures and rental equipment. Must be a team player, willing to pitch in for other departments as needed. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is necessary so that you can assist with deliveries as needed. Must be able to lift 70 lbs. Some knowledge of home repair equipment and tools is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot/repair equipment is also a plus. Must clean food service equipment (i.e. china, flatware, glassware, chafers, grills, etc.), store equipment & maintain clean, organized kitchen, load & unload equipment for customers, wash linens; and related duties. There is a high degree of lifting and a significant degree of standing, walking, bending and transporting objects of various weights and dimensions. Must have a full range of motion and dexterity.
