Canopies, Tents & Umbrellas
Will the weather in your area effect your event?
We offer five types of canopies for rent -- The Pop-Up, The Do-It-Yourself, The Standard, The Deluxe & The Festival Peak.
There are two basic tent styles: a pole tent and a frame tent. A pole tent features a set of individual poles arranged beneath the fabric roof which defines the shape of the structure. The fabric roof is tensioned over the poles and attached to ropes at designated spots around the fabric's edge. The ropes are anchored to the ground using stakes, augers or weights around the perimeter of the tent. This type of tent is not recommended for windy conditions.
A frame tent features an assembled framework made of aluminum or steel pipes which supports the fabric roof and defines the shape of the structure. The rigid framework allows the tent to be freestanding without additional support but requires the same rope or cable anchoring system as a pole-supported tent to hold it in place, as specified by applicable fire or building codes.
Because of the differences between the two types of canopies, pole tents cannot be combined with frame tents. Only like styles of tents can be joined to create a larger usage capacity.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required on all canopies at the time of reservation. They must be paid in full and there are no refunds 30 days prior to the reservation.
Five business days prior to your canopy set-up date please call NorthWestern Energy and have the power lines flagged. (1-800-424-5555) Renter is responsible for locating all underground power, water, and phone lines as well as sprinkler systems and any other relevant underground systems. Failure to flag and locate these systems will affect our ability to set-up your canopy.
Festival Peak Canopies
These tents can be set up on any surface but must be tied down and anchored with three-foot stakes. Tent poles are 10 feet tall to allow plenty of room for staging, etc. The prices include both set-up and break-down. Prices do not include delivery fees, sidewalls or lighting. These canopies are priced for weekend events w/ flexible scheduling for set-up & break-down.
